FIFA20 not connecting to servers after update and internet improvements!!!

Having trouble getting into Fifa / FIFA20 servers now after update 1.13, don't know how to fix have ran through everything and all seems fine my end, seems you guys are putting block on and off my account as some times worked eg... last night played for 3 hours was dropping off saying lost connection 2 times then would test internet and log back in fine. I tryed today but wouldn't log in even after changing DNS again which seemed to work yesterday, our ISP here in New Zealand saying all looks fine there end. our average speed is 20 / 30 mbps download, 1.5 / 5mbps up load = averages after all tests through PS4 and macbook online speed tests. I believe this technical issue, I don't have to knowledge or know how to fix it my end / time!!!!! = so can't play game paying good money for???!!!! very annoyed Fifa player.

Also your contact us not working on my site / any of your silly numbers to contact you on!!!  saying creating my case for few days now!! Can't get call as don't live in Canada or USA!!! Lost my 2000 fut champs points so had to start for beginning again after first time qualified!!! as couldn't connect very annoyed FIFA fan!! Oh no problem connecting to MW3 tho at any time!! Give me my account back!!!

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Getting-them-in. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
