Does FIFA 20 delay exist?
I've heard all sorts of stories about delay and so called button and input delay. But i've never complained on this with a constant 4 bar connection. Neither in 18, 19 or 20. I just always assumed it was a part of the gameplay. For example in minute 70 and your opponent need a goal. Your players turn sluggish and unresponsive, to me thats an obvious game mechanism. I'm currently division 2 with 1800 skillpoints and i just learned to cope with these game mechanisms and try to turn them in my favor. And thats what all half decent players do subconsciously or unconsciously. They feel out the game and adapt accordingly.

Recently i saw someone post this on answers.ea; "Now it's so slow and unplayable, i like to play quick attacking football...i now find myself having to pass 100 times to be able to get up the pitch! none of my players seem to be able to outrun anyone, they feel so sluggish on the ball.
for now I've stopped playing, this is ruining the fifa experience...when will they stop blaming it on our internet providers and spend some god damn money on some servers!"

Here is a good example of what i mean. Certain people complaining on servers when their players can't outrun someone. Thats clearly coded in the game when connection doesn't affect ingame stats. Someone tell me what is really meant by delay please. Because to me it's clearly put there intentionally to create tension and what not.

FIFA 18’s lead gameplay producer Sam Rivera told Dream Team Gaming: “Many times a team that’s winning loses in the last minute. We just try and put these moments in the game – the concepts of real life football.
