App crashes as I’m checking chem and rating and the pack auto submits. I log back in and I’ve got unassigned player. Not only did I not want those players submitted but The pack was opened and player left in unassigned.

spoke to EA Help to tell them the players submitted aren’t worth a 99 messi or 99 ronaldo or anything that could possibly come out... The response is “ I really wish I could help but it’s a live server we can’t do anything” “please post on our forum” “only our stadia team have such power but you can’t speak to them”

What the hell is this ridiculous game!

What’s the point in live chat if they have no power to do anything?

Why tell me there is in fact a ‘stadia team’ who have the ability to do something with my problem but then tell me nothing can be done for me because I can’t speak to them?

Why push everyone to post on the forum?

i am 99% sure there will be no response and in the rare chance there is. I’m sure Nothing will be done to fix the problem except offering of “sincere” apologies
