i've done it all and the problem is still on , sometimes the gameplay is good and normal and sometimes the players movement become too fast I can't control it , it's like they are ice skating

Composure alone doesnt make shooting great. My experience is that low balance kills shooting. If you make some turns or movement before the shot ( which is common ) it wont be great.
