sounds like a hardware problem try to run a program called speecy while you're in a match and see if the proc,ram,hdd,gpu etc are overheating or somethingeven my laptop who has less power than your pc..

because altho there are far fewer fifa 17 servers they aren't being hammered to death and ran over spec, i doubt they are using the same hardware across versions just swapping 99% of it each update. ..
