How come I disconnected from a match I was winning and somehow got kicked out of ultimate team and was put down as a forfeit on my behalf. This was on PlayStation and fut champions

The game has a lot of flaws but I can score headers, they are not always guaranteed as they should be, it just takes time to learn who can and will hit them in. I think a lot of factors come into play..
