I am also facing the same issue. had it 7 times and as a result lost all 7 games. EA techs cant seem to understand the issue and suggest opening ports and stuff. What a mess this game is.

Composure alone doesnt make shooting great. My experience is that low balance kills shooting. If you make some turns or movement before the shot ( which is common ) it wont be great.
