Have the same problem, either locked on 60 or 120+ fps game feels laggy like 30-50 fps. On freekicks the aim circle is stuttering so i can not aim properly even with today's driver update.

@friendlyman33 How did you fix it? I tried to play with v-sync off and I get 120fps but the game stutters a little so I turned back v-sync and I get smooth 60fps.
