Hey man I've been going through the exact same problem. Every other game on my PS4 runs well with absolutely zero issues but when it comes to fifa it keeps freezing and stuttering like you said and catches up for like almost an entire half during weekend league and I've done all the steps from rebuilding database and then to eventually even changing my HDD. and still the issue persists. It happens to me offline as well so I'm pretty sure it isn't an internet issue. Would be very helpful if an ea employee would help us. Looks like they've just ignored this entire thread.
