You can get a lot of good high rated players cheap at the moment, the only players who are really high are icons and the likes of Mbappe and Neymar. Personally I would say just make a team you enjoy ..

I think he's brilliant. I've worked him into a team on 10 chem and he's a machine at ccam. You can just left stick dribble around defenders.
