You can get a lot of good high rated players cheap at the moment, the only players who are really high are icons and the likes of Mbappe and Neymar.
Personally I would say just make a team you enjoy playing with and do it immediately, don’t stress about how much players cost and where their price will go from here, just build your team and enjoy!
i have good team which i enjoy (no meta players in)
i am just hoping to go for players like auba/kante /de bruyne thats why i have been waiting
