Out of interest what's wrong with friendlies as a more casual way to play?
What makes tournaments better?
Out of interest why are objectives not in friendlies as this is a casual mode as opposed to the competitive rivals mode which leads to people dropping divisions to complete them and completely breaking the point of the game mode?
What makes Rivals the better option?
