I'm sorry that this happened to you, unfortunately it appears that when you resumed your case the advisor you spoke with didn't see that it was already escalated to the missing items team and resolved it as we normally would any other case - I've got your case back with the missing items team now and they'll reach out with any further updates or information they may need from you.
