So I contacted with EA by live chat on 14th April. Employee said : "I got the approval of getting back your content. But the value of that player you lost is very high and beyond my limitation so in this case i will need to escalate this case to specialist team and they will add the content back to your account". I still didn't get my player back. How long will it take to get him back?
