The relevant teams are currently looking into this issue.
While that work is ongoing, please try the following and let us know your results, thanks.
1. Load up FIFA then go into Pro Clubs.
2. When you see the blank screen sign out of your account but don't quit FIFA.
3. Sign back in and launch FIFA 20.
*marked as solution as this is the current workaround, issue not yet resolved
