I think this may help you with solving your problem:

Check if your device meets the hardware requirements.

Check if your drivers are up to date.

•Clear Origin Cache 

•Clean Boot 

•Close Background Apps 

Try to start Windows in clean boot mode.

Then try to open game and Origin as Administrator and see if somethinh changed.

If the tips above don't work, try reinstalling Game and Origin.
