I have the same problem. Even the email registered to where the code is sent seems to be the same, with the ".ml" in the end.

How can I solve this? I try to do step 1 and there is no form, it just takes me to a page where it says RECOMMENDED SUPPORT OPTION, and then "Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game! 
​To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone."

But the is no option to enter my phone or to accept this.
