I have exactly the same issue.  I still do not have it solved.

May I ask, did you purchase an actual FIFA hard copy or a digital download?

If digital download, was it through PlayStation Store online?

I purchased mine through Online store.

EA Sports/Origin login process requires a Product Code Key (i.e. GH67-JK09-9IYZ).

This Product Code Key usually comes in the cover of a hard copy or a purchase from EA Sports online.

That's how far I am at now.

From what I gather, with this Product code on your EA Account will produce an Origin Key.

This Origin Key is used to get further into the process, used to gain access to playing online.

Maybe its to offer legit access to the EA Server.
