is your case resolved? my case took 7 weeks and then they will accuse you of coin distribution, after 7 weeks waiting, i was pretty pissed off with them, so they told me i would have a answer in an hour. and yesss they accused me of things i did not even know it exist. so basically they let you wait for 3 weeks but they could resolve it in an hour. EAHELP will not help you. i am looking world wide how many cases EAhelp messed up, I can tell you 95% of the cases involved hacking, and we are speaking of thousands of cases , will never been resolved , it's easier to accuse someone of wrongdoing then resolve your problem and go after those hackers. i asked them for proof of wrongdoing, and i never get an answer, i asked who can my lawyer contact, they give some address in Ireland, my lawyer send letter, and tried to call, nobody answers and i found out nobody is physical in that building, it's a building only for tax and fiscal purposes to pay less tax. Ireland is a Fiscal paradise. It's insane, now i reached out to a television network and they are willing to investigate this with EAHELP. I will not give up, I lost probably 10.ooo euro buying packs and i feel robbed, instead of helpt by EAHELP.
