My son has the exact same problem. All buttons on Y, very weird behavior. Players moves slow and out of controll as all keys are set to Y. I don's want to loose my profile or anything..Any working solution, please! Also has a problem with Video card errors DX_out of memmory...Try change DX_11 ro DX12 and vice versa, nothing works. Specs are no problem att all, suport Ultra easy....Worst experience  EVER with Fifa 20. I change my son PC special for this one and I can't say how disapointed I am.
