We will try to find out what can cause this problem. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, What platform are you playing on?
Let's start with power cycling. Turn off your device and unplug it. Wait for 2 minutes before you plug your device back in. When the 2 minutes have passed, plug your device back in and see if that helps at all.
