I know exactly who you are talking about sadly! I've so far reported the DM from them as inappropriate content and explained the harassment (open the message in your inbox and there's a button to flag the message), I've also started a case on the EA help website under these categories :

REPORT CONCERNS OR HARRASSMENT

I've then obviously listed this website (Answers HQ) for the harassment and asked where I can report a member of EA support staff.
