Thank you so much for the reply @EA_Cade I have followed these steps to a T. I have done this 6  times. Once every 7 days. I am not looking for special treatment, but I stream for charity, and spend my own money to buy packs etc. I just want the team to take a look and realize it was a simple a moistake that I will forgive no problem. I just want my access back.

6 Years ago my son bought coins, and he has since passed from a form of cancer. I now stream to build gaming briefcases to kids in treatment centers, and this is significantly impacting my charity revenue. I have lost 50% of my subscribers. I match ALL donations, and even have Microsoft supporting the project. But I cant look like a good role model when I was banned for an algorithm mistake. 

This is 6 Weeks and multiple cases,without one response. is there any way I can get some support from he team? SmoothOnetwitch is my handle on PSN and Twitch. I have been up all night trying to get this taken care of.

I have recordings of them telling me its an error, I jsut want them to review my case please. OI wouldnt waste 10k on buying or telling coins after the investment I've made, and the partnerships I have. I would lose it all for these kids.

Literally the whole community has told me Ima fruad,  a fake, I buy coins, and that EA "Doesn't care about us, we are just peasants"

I know this isn't true.
