@EA_Cade hi. Thanks for the response. I changed the PS4's DNS settings to CloudFlare's one (1.1.1.1) and unfortunately it's not made any difference.
I played a few games of Pro Clubs with my previously mentioned friends, and there was still button delay occuring.
