To get an update on your case, try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. Do not resume your existing case. If you contact a live support advisor, create a new case. Resuming the existing case can pull it out of the queue it's in and cause a delay with getting a response. Thanks!
