I have a similar problem.
Sometimes my game exits the full screen mode and goes to windowed mode.
If i'm playing online while this happen, the ultimate team disconnect and I loose the game.
Im I'm playing a squad battle match and this happen, the game pauses automatically, and I can return to the game after this.
