I went down to division 7 through quitting games when people wouldn’t gift me goals. Once I did it this way it only took a few hours.
Warning; once you get to division 7 the players are too mentally challenged to even know the objective is a thing so they’ll never gift you goals. Thankfully they’re so bad at the game that you can just walk through their defence
Hopefully now that you’ve admitted this, EA will bring about changes
No body tries to go down the divisions, but once you realise it’s not worth your time trying to score against mega teams and quit, 5-15 times, it just happens naturally...

Can confirm, i started in div 5 doing this objective and went into div 7 i was not self relegating, it just happens against better teams with a mediorcre Seria A team.
