If you get hacked the first thing in my opinion you should do is to Reset Your Secret Question on that original account.  Hopefully you can do so. 

After resetting your security question you should follow These Instructions which tell you what to do if you've been hacked.

Then you should get a hold of an in game Game Advisor.
