Hi EA I have been playing fut champions (FIFA 20) and I had 1 game left and I had to win it to be silver 1,to classify for the next fut champions. I won the last match 6-3 but when I was returning to the main menu of fut a banner appeared that said you los the connection to the ea servers. And it want a problem of my conexion. Then I did WiFi test I went back to fut and the match I won didn’t count. If you could put me in silver 1 as I deserve it. I love fifa. Please help me. My account in ps4 is frandeym1408. I won my last match of fut chamoions. I needed to win to classify to the next fut champions, and when I was returning to the lobby it said connection lost to the es servers even though the match had already finished and  i had already won it counted me as a lose and I can’t play fut champions now. Isn’t there any way you give me the points for fut champions. Becausee as I said before I won. Please can you do something?

I only want the points to classify to fut champions. I don’t care about the other rewards.
