Lots of good advice i'm sure but here's how you actually do it....
1) Get yourself a half decent striker....not an Higuian, not an Inaki Williams and cetainly not a OTW Icardi
(standard Suarez / Kane territory will do just fine).
2) Play on WC / Legendary against any team with less than an 80 / 75 rating.
3) Keep the ball.
4) ...in 1997 Peter Reid's Sunderland had 7 games to save themselves from relegation... in a fit of desperation Reid spent all of the £75,000 from the sale of Roker Park on 36 year old Chris Waddle. Reid then spent the final weeks of his tenure screaming " ...'ck sake give dah 'kin ball tah Waddler!!!"........although Sunderland were relegated Peter "Monkey Head" Reid was clearly a tactical genius as this is precisely the approach that many players now use to be less 5h1T at Fifa.
5) It has been stated above that you should set the rest of the games running on beginner / amateur and watch TV but that wont get you to Elite 1 i'm afraid....the trick, is to get a seven year old to play the rest of the games for you (the one I sub contract to wins 95% of matches against all 80 to 85 rated teams on semi pro).
