After winning a third game today, which also didn't register,  I spoke with another employee on the webchat who again was pleasant enough couldn't solve the issue or give me any form of compensation so after selling the squad I have lost 17,893 coins aswell as like 5 hours of my time, it is so frustrating.

The employee said today that once the issue is resolved it will be posted in this topic although there hasn't been an acknowledgement of the post by a EA member so I don't hold much hope.
