As an update to this post, I have spoken to three more EA support staff and my problem has been elevated to a specialist who will be sending me a message in an unspecified time frame. I tried deleting my in game profile and I have opened all ports recommended for fifa, and even that does not work for offline or online. I also used a brand new profile which did not work. I am still waiting for help from someone at EA with technical expertise to help resolve this issue. I hope to hear from an employee and have this fixed extremely soon.
