Any advice on how to go about getting a refund for my purchase and all points bought?

I've reported people and nothing is rarely done if ever. Just look at the countless amount of draft bots I've reported, Yet I still run into the same usernames! The person who you've protected by removing his name has been banned on the previous fifa. Seems illogical buying points or playing if the cheaters have every advantage for a fraction of the price?

Even Pro players or Streamers won't touch the PC game because of the cheaters which says a lot about the state of the game on this platform. A report function with a warning for cheating won't suffice.
