Hi @seky_543,
Friendlies can be difficult to diagnose as it could be a multitude of things that don't effect other modes as much.
Most commonly we see IPV4 vs IPV6 as a big issue with them, you both are going to want to be on IPV4 with a Moderate or Open (Type 2 or 1) NAT type in your PS4 Connection Settings.
You'll also want to be sure and have UPNP enabled on the router settings as well.
