i did that and got a response saying i have not given enough information.. but i did!!!! i gave all the details..and i am raising a new one again now... i basically bought a game and you guys arent allowing me to play online because i was hacked? and it seems that it is my issue that i got hacked? instead of sorting this out for me i am being penalised? thank you ea team thank you
