I have the almost exact same issue. Recevied the following mail 94 days ago):

I got in touch with 3 advisors. Followed their steps and the trouble shooter but non of them fixed the problem. I created 4 cases! All of them are labeled resolved, which is nos true. Im still presentig the problem and cant log in, not for any of the online feature modes.
