@kraudenbrauden I had almost the same exact issue. I opened a case on it yesterday, they kept me on for an hour or two then told me they can't find evidence because it's most likely archived. This is terribly annoying. They said the best hope would be to get a developer on the forums to help us out. I'm not sure how to get them to help.
