Dr-Guinness replied to FUT 20 Your account doesn't have a fut club
Hey,
I also had this problem and didnt manage to solve this until this morning due to being on nightshift.
I logged onto my ps4 and loaded up fifa 19 fifa ultimate team and it came up with a pop up in the load screen saying what I received for fifa 20 and I should go to the web app.
After doing that I can now use the web app for fifa 20 fut.
