Thats just dumb luck, ive spammed packs via league sbc and upgrades and havent packed anything over an 85 past year, yet my buddy spammed those upgrades and got 3 toty cards 😤

Doesn't matter. It is a massive game changer if you pack one so it makes sense.
People can say pack weights are bad etc etc. But if it pays off it's great. Trust me I would know. When you pack a TOTY you will know. Mark my words
