This is exactly what has happened to me yesterday, in my 20th win the player paused and quit but I took a loss and did not get gold 1 as a result. It is very unfair and I am seeing a lot of people complain about this, they need to fix it. Im really frustrated as the rewards are much better and I had already won the game when I was disconnected, even though I did not lag, did not get kicked from ps party, and went into ultimate team fine moments later
