Bruh, I filed 3 different cases because of the same thing, I played over 100 games and it still says play more. Their response is alway "play more until it unlocks" or they copy paste that stupid website that tells you that your TM is locked because you did not play enough or you are banned.
This is the worst customer service ever, absolutely disgusting.
