What platform do you play on?
Please try this steps:
Check internet connection
Restart the modem / router
If you play on PC:
•Check hardware requirements.
Your device may not meet the hardware requirements, which is why the game lags.
•Disable Firewall:
- Click Start → Control Panel → Security and click Windows Firewall.
- Click Enable or Disable Windows Firewall. If you are prompted for an administrator password, enter it.
•Temporarily disable or turn off other devices that use the internet network.
•Perform a clean boot
•Flush the DNS cache
In case you perform all the above steps and still have problems, Run the “UoTrace” test.
