Hi, I bought FIFA 20 on Origin by a code (35 euros) and I played a game.

After some weeks I bought a PS4 and FIFA 20 and when I enter it appears a message "Your account has been disabled - Your account has been permanently blocked from this product due to a violation of EA's terms of service"

I tried to reenter from PC and there problems to enter there too. However I found that on my profile there are some upgrade data of turkish data and the number of game playes is 9 (while I played only 1 time)

Plus in these days I received an alert from my provider that someone has tried to enter in my mailbox from Turkey.

Is it possibile that I've been hacked? Can I have my account reactived?
