I bought FIFA 20 and as soon as I had opened up the game ... discovered I'd been banned for 2 years!! Subsequently found my account had been hacked and the "illegal" activity had happened on FIFA 19 (I think). They've decided to uphold the ban and I've been disputing it for 3 months now!
