Well done! Finding a formation you love/that works for you is brilliant... God knows I've tried!!
Just be sure not to base formation choice solely off a win streak etc, as sometimes you can go on a 5 game streak that coincides with your formation change and you think you've found the holy grail.
I'd love to try 3142, don't have the players fir it though.
