My players were deleted or sold on low prices to the hacker i assume. I've also lost almost all my coins etc from my account.

It happened on 28th october. Today I still haven't got anything back. 

My case has been set "resolved" 2 times already, while nothing is resolved yet for me.

Today I even saw it stated my case "closed"... So now I'm trying to contact them again.

One hint: If you want to contact EA Help, always make a new case to ask for the state of the original one. because, if you resume the original one, they'll put it on the end of the queue.

(or so they told me at EA itself).

Do you have them back already?
