You should have started your post with something to do with not being able to purchase fifa points and I guarantee you would get a reply within 30mins from them. I just wrote a similar post the other day and did not get a reply. Mine was about the poor servers and why they can’t give everyone notice before you start a game on how overloaded the servers are since they are too tight to spend some money on them.
