EA don’t care despite the obvious ongoing and increasing number of issues being raised
You will be provided generic and useless troubleshooting steps and once confirmed no issue on your side the EA “experts” disappear
will not admit their servers are the issue and cannot cope with the traffic
put the game back in the box or sell it, play something that actually works 👍🏻
