Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I logged in into the web app and didn't receive my loyalty rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't receive my loyalty rewards. But actually i should geht the maximum loyalty reward, because I'm playing FUT for more than 3 years
What should be happening instead? I should get the maximum loyalty reward, so I would be rewarded, because I am a longterm customer. So thats why i should get them - you know my gamertag. Add them to my account because the problem occured because of EA, it's not my fault and YOU have to solve it!
