Quick Question, is this a PC or an Xbox?  If its Xbox that is glitching with a PC keyboard, have you tried another one?  I just know that not al keyboard work all the time, and due to issues with signal or wire condition I have had to get rid of few that started typing randomly.  As for your picture issue, any problems with other games?  Also have you checked to see if 1) you are having any network issues and 2) that nothing is over heating?  I just have a video card that likes to throw a black screen when it over heats.
